Conditions

Comright owns the title of goods until an invoice is paid in full.

Invoices are to presented for any warranty purpose and physical damage voids warranty.

Prices are subject to change without notice

All trade-marks and logos are copyright to their respective owners.

Returns & Refunds

All goods sold are NOT Refundable

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Comright Solutions within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.

If the item(s) received is incorrect and not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item is an acceptance by the customer as a satisfactory substitute for the product that was ordered, no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Comright Solutions owns the title to any goods that have been shipped in error.

Warranty

All goods Sold by Comright Solutions have a 1 year return to base manufacturer warranty unless specified otherwise.

Goods covered under warranty will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Warranty for the individual parts we sell are provided by the manufacturer. Not Comright.

DOA (Dead on arrival) items must be reported within 7 days from the time you recieve your goods. Failure to report within 7 days will result in not being able to claim an item as DOA.

A large amount of goods returned are found to be not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by Comright to be not faulty, all shipping fees will be charged to customer. A labour cost of $35 for examining these goods where no fault was found may be charged.
